We’re busy creating something extraordinary at our hotel with sauna in South Tyrol. From August 2026, our wellness area will be transformed: 2,000m² dedicated entirely to your well-being, with double the space to offer you an even more restorative experience.

Panoramic sauna
Let yourself be enveloped in warmth as your gaze is lost in the majesty of the Dolomites. Our spacious panoramic sauna is the beating heart of the wellness area, with large windows that turn every session into a multisensory experience.
Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna is a millennia-old purification ritual. Immerse yourself in the dry, intense heat, eliminate toxins, and relax your muscles. Inhale the scent of the finest Alpine wood from our forests, whose natural essence will fill you with a profound feeling of lightness. A must for anyone who loves wellness in its purest form.
Aromatic Turkish bath
Steam envelops the senses in a ritual of pure well-being. Gentle warmth blends with the essences of carefully selected Alpine herbs. When water is poured over the hot stones, a fragrant cloud rises up, transforming every breath into a moment of deep regeneration. A sensory experience for body and mind.
Turkish bath
Unlike the sauna, the Turkish bath wraps you in a cloud of steam at a gentler temperature. The humid heat purifies the respiratory tract and gives the skin a radiant glow. A balm for the body and pampering for the soul, perfect after a day on the slopes or a winter hike in the Dolomites.
Outdoor whirlpool
Immerse yourself in the warm water and let the contrast with the fresh mountain air awaken your senses. The jets of water gently massage your muscles while your gaze is lost in the Alpine panorama. In winter, surrounded by snow, you experience moments of pure magic; in summer, the Dolomites sun makes the experience even more unforgettable.
Plunge pool
After the intense heat of the sauna, the plunge pool is like a burst of vitality. The cool water reactivates the circulation and tones the skin, whilethe temperature difference stimulates the immune system. Practised for centuries in Nordic lands, this ritual awakens the senses and adds an extra touch to your wellness experience.
Relaxation areas
Between sauna sessions, treat yourself to a rest in our new relaxation areas. Stretch out on comfortable loungers (some of which are waterbeds), surrounded by silence. Listen to the slow rhythm of your breath and focus on the benefits of this wellness experience. A calmer mind in a revitalised body.
Yoga area
A space dedicated to silence and mindfulness. Our yoga area is a retreat designed for all levels, where you can find your inner balance through practice, meditation, and breathwork. The natural light and cosy atmosphere create the ideal environment for connecting with yourself, far away from the hectic pace of daily life.
Panoramic gym
Keeping fit becomes a pleasure when you’re training with a view of Alpine peaks. Our panoramic gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for all types of training: cardio, strength, stretching. Large windows flood the space with natural light, turning every fitness session into an energising experience.
