In the warm, welcoming atmosphere of our restaurant, we will take you to a journey into the South Tyrolean culinary landscape.

Our Alpine dishes are either prepared according to traditional recipes or reinterpreted with a modern twist and skilful creativity. The 4-course menu also includes Mediterranean and international dishes, all prepared using locally-sourced produce of the finest quality. All meals are accompanied by a rich salad buffet.

Every week, we organise a Ladin-themed dinner to introduce guests to our local culinary tradition, as well as a lavish dessert buffet. The Ladin cuisine is characterised by the use of few ingredients, which are extraordinarily fresh and of high quality, such as cereals, dairy products, meat, vegetables and berries.

When simple ingredients are processed with love, intoxicating flavours arise. Your taste buds will be delighted by our 50 m2 buffet: culinary works of art that delight both eyes and palate await you. You can also look forward to our rich dessert buffet, which we prepare for our guests once a week, and our fine selection of local and national wines.
