Location

The Hotel Col Alto is located in the center of Corvara at an altitude of 1,568 m and is very close to the ski lifts and all the alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and luge trails. From the hotel the access to the huge Dolomiti Superski area is immediate. Corvara is the heart of Alta Badia and is connected to other famous ski resorts such as Val Gardena, Arabba, the Marmolada glacier and Val di Fassa and is also on the famous Sellaronda route.

When the ski trails are transformed into flowered meadows, the mountain landscape of Corvara reveals a similarly moving scenery. When arriving in Corvara, the hotel is easily found on the main street, at the main entry to the village.

A22 Brennero tollway, Bressanone-Val Pusteria exit: take the Val Pusteria state road SS49 (towards Brunico); at the San Lorenzo intersection take the Val Badia state road SS244 to Corvara. (Recommended road during the winter season)

A22 Brennero tollway, Chiusa-Val Gardena exit; take the Val Gardena state road and then the Gardena pass to Corvara. (the Gardena pass can be closed temporarily during the winter season).

A27 tollway, Ponte nelle Alpi exit: take the Agordino state road SS203 towards Arabba and take the Campolongo pass to Corvara.

A27 tollway, Belluno exit: take the state road SS51 towards Cortina d'Ampezzo; then take the Falzarego pass and once reached La Villa, turn left for Corvara.

The nearest train station is in Brunico (www.trenitalia.com), where you can take the public bus to Corvara. The bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The closest airports are in Bolzano (70 km), Treviso (150 km), Venice (170 km), Verona (220 km) and Innsbruck in Austria (135 km). From these airports there are winter shuttle services to Corvara, with schedules based on the season.
