In the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant, our chef will introduce you to the flavors of South Tyrolean dishes: whether prepared the traditional way or with a modern twist, the chef’s great skill and creativity are immediately apparent. The wide-ranging menu, which includes Mediterranean dishes and international cuisine, makes use of products that are carefully selected and of high quality, locally sourced at 0 km, always accompanied by a salad buffet. A Ladin-themed evening takes place every week: this is an opportunity for our guests to discover our traditional flavors. We also offer a dedicated menu to our vegetarian and gluten-intolerant guests.
Our wine cellar contains a fine selection of wines from the best vintages and the most prestigious labels, as well as top wines from the wineries of our region. The relaxing ambience of the Col Alto Hotel is the ideal setting to enjoy these wines, which offer a harmony of flavors and bouquets that will delight even the most discerning of palates.
